Traffic takes between 30-45 mins. For example, Saturdays, you'll get caught in traffic jams whether you are in a van, a taxi or a shuttle service. In general, it's best to avoid setting appointments on the day of travel unless you can count 2 hours from the airport. You'll need to time to get into Cannes, find your hotel, pick up your badge, find the place you are to meet in, etc. If you took the new shuttle, let us know how it works.
