The Tax Free World Association (TFWA) has announced the workshop programme for the 2012 TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes next October. Following last year’s workshops on the airline, cruise and ferry markets and the Asia Pacific region, this year’s sessions will focus more broadly on the double subjects of frontline customer service and on the rapidly developing markets of China, Russia and Brazil.
The workshops will be entitled “Touch Points: Communicating With Customers in Travel-Retail”, and will cover both employee and technological aspects.
The customer service workshop will be held on Tuesday 23 October at 08:00-09:00 in the Majestic Hotel’s Salle Diane in Cannes. Brand communication author and former retail CEO Bernie Brennan as well as Travel Retail Training UK and ISPY Managing Director Christine Martin are scheduled to speak
