Midem early bird rate closes March 31

Attend Midem at special rates

If you were thinking about attending Midem 5-8 June 2015 in Cannes, it’s time to make your mind up. The early bird rate for the music biz event ends on March 31, 2015.

For nearly 50 years, Midem has been the place where the worldwide music industry comes to meet and do business. Two things make it really stand out: the extremely wide range of countries that are represented; and the different facets of the industry that attend. These include labels, publishers, lawyers, distributors, managers, platforms, brands and a very healthy and challenging selection of tech companies.

More recently, Midem has re-introduced live music into the mix.

Participants get:

  • Full access to Midem’s market zone, conference areas, festival stages and networking events
  • Access to conferences, panels, competitions, matchmaking sessions and concerts
  • Year-long access to the Midem Online Database
  • Company listing in and a free copy of the Midem Yearbook
  • Free Wi-Fi in the Palais des Festivals
  • Reduced rates on accommodation

If you book by March 31, 2015, you can attend Midem for €700 excl. VAT (instead of €900) at the regular rate. Note that young companies can attend for €595, while students and artists can attend for €295. Click through to see if you qualify. Remember also that your local authors rights society or indie association might offer special rates. Ring them now and ask.

Midem can be expensive (the walk-in rate is €900). However, trade fairs do not come more influential than this. If you have never attended, I strongly recommend picking up our Cannes Starter Guide that will help both save money and – more importantly – get better results. It is based on over 17 years experience attending Midem and other trade fairs.
