Cannes Independent Film Festival announces winners
The Cannes Independent Film Festival 2010 has announced its awards, concluding a 10-day festival which showcased the best of low budget filmmaking. The festival, which runs alongside but is completely independent of the Festival de Cannes, focuses on celebrating indie filmmakers.
