I usually choose a country pavilion. But if you get the opportunity to get invited to one of the beach clubs, go for it. I've had meetings in the hotels with people because they don't have a badge and can't enter the Palais. But if someone is not willing to put €300 euros into a market badge, it's not very promising, is it?
