Finalists announced for Midemlab 2013 startups contest

Midemlab offers a showcase for startups involved in the music sphere to present themselves to the worldwide music industry every year at Midem in Cannes. For the 2013 edition, 30 finalists have been announced in three categories, and will be pitching their services or products at the music conference, with one winner to be chosen for every category.

As in previous years, there is a clear focus on music discovery, fan management tools and the recurrent issue of monetisation. Expect more about this after the event.
