Save money on MIPCOM
The summer is almost on us, and I’m sure many will be looking forward to taking a break. But wait! Before you go, have you ever thought of attending MIPCOM and MIPJUNIOR, the TV and content fair that runs from October 10-13 2014? It’s worth considering as thousands of TV, brand and content professionals meet to do business. It’s like, err, Cannes (if you know what I mean). And there are 3 ways to save money…
3 ways to save money!
There are three ways to make MIPCOM work for you for less.
- Go straight to their site and get the Early Bird price before July 10 2014: EUR1,010 instead of EUR1,500, or €750 as a first-time producer. [ed: these are the 2014 prices!]
- If you are a European company, visit the EU Media site. You might qualify for a spot on their “umbrella” stand for EUR760! They also have a limited number of mini stands available for EUR500.
- Approach your national body to see if they have any umbrella deals available on their pavilions. I can’t list them all.
That’s it! Do your first deal before arriving in Cannes. If I see any other good deals, you’ll be the second to hear. Check here for hotels if you have decided to go.
