Mipim is the annual worldwide tradefair for property professionals. It brings together thousands of high profile, international leaders to assess profitable ventures, network with potential partners and promote their projects.
Investors, developers as well as national and local political leaders meet with cities and local authorities to discover urban development investment opportunities and project development presentations. Through open discussions around market expertise and innovative ideas for urban development, participants get inside news about the latest trends and property issues.
- Join over 17,000 participants from 100 countries to conduct business in one place at one time
- Over 22,000m² of floor space
- Engage with more than 4,000 investors, end-users and hotel group representatives
- Enjoy a comprehensive service package including the exhibition zone, online community, conferences and promotion opportunities
According to MIPIM sources, some 90% of the cities that had representation at previous editions have signed up to attend.
The next edition, and its international award for development projects, is programmed for 12-15 March 2024. MIPIM will host ‘Housing Matters!’, a new half-day summit focused on the hot-button subject of sustainable housing solutions in partnership with Co-Liv on Monday 11 March.
